Who we are

What we collect and why

  • Newsletter sign-ups. Your email address and the date you signed up and confirmed. When you sign up we send one email asking you to confirm (double opt-in). You are only added to the list once you click that link; if you don’t, we don’t add you and won’t email you again. Once you’ve confirmed, we send a welcome email and then the newsletter. We use your address only for this. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by emailing us.
  • Emails you send us. If you contact us, we use what you send to reply. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
  • Basic server logs. Our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who processes it for us

  • Resend: sends the confirmation, welcome and newsletter emails, and stores the mailing list.
  • Vercel: hosts this website.

These providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record that you opted out so we do not email you again by mistake, and delete everything else.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how it is used, to data portability and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email hello@agenticsidehustle.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
